2. Ledger Nano X

Launched in early 2019, The nano x is Ledger’s mobile-friendly wallet. Somewhat like the Nano S,  but the X is a well-calculated upgrade of its predecessor.

It is powered by an inbuilt battery and features an incredible Bluetooth connection that allows you to even connect to your smartphone and more.

3. Ledger Backup Plan

A smart move by Ledger. The backup plan allows you to backup all your crypto assets using both devices at a time maintaining one private key.

The Nano X is used for your mobile operations while the Nano S is kept at home or kept in storage. This means that if you lose any of the devices, your funds are safe; all you have to do is log in to the other device to regain access to your funds.

Here, both devices are sold together at a 20% discount rate of $149 instead of $178 when you buy them separately.

4. Ledger Live

The “Ledger Live” is a software application designed for your desktop or smartphone. It provides the interface between your computer/smartphone and your Ledger Wallet.

Ledger and Trezor (Which is better?)

These are two leading hardware wallet brands standing in close completion to each other.

The Nano S and Trezor One are similar, both support multiple coins. The S’s main advantage here is that it supports Ripple and it’s way cheaper, but the Trezor offers a higher security layer by requiring you to authenticate passphrase support.

The Nano X competes closely with the Trezor Model T. The Trezor Model T supports Ripple and its all touch screen with no buttons. Nano X’s Bluetooth connectivity allows you to connect to your smartphone.
