The airdrop checker went live on November 16th, 2024 and the MemeFi team explained what the players should expect.

The claiming process ensued shortly and the only option was to claim to OKX.

Not everyone could do that considering that OKX has revoked its services in some regions e.g. Nigeria.

First and foremost, rest assured: claims are open to ALL users.

There’s no intentional effort to exclude any group of MemeFi users from claiming.

Now, some of you might be curious about the branded OKX launch—let me explain!

MemeFi is the first Telegram-based project to be listed outside the TON ecosystem.

It integrated the Sui Network using OKX Wallet’s innovative solution for Telegram apps, OKX Connect.

Thus, the team worked with OKX Wallet and the Sui Foundation teams to design a seamless and customized airdrop and claiming experience.

Through this partnership, off-chain claims were exclusively available via OKX.

Take note of the following:

✅ On-chain claims will go live 1 HOUR before the Token Generation Event (TGE) on the Sui Network.

✅ MemeFi will cover gas fees for on-chain claims, enabling users to transfer their tokens to any exchange.

✅ On-chain claims are accessible to everyone. If the OKX mobile app isn’t available in your region, you can still use the OKX Web3 wallet through the Telegram mini-app, which is globally accessible.
