Thank you for addressing this issue i looked for their new exchange i found the livecoin.exchange ,and to my greatest surprise i was able to regain access to my old account having merged my account to new database,
Livecoin as a company has faced a lot of vulnerability issues,With that stand they were still able to restore users account and refund them, i waited about 2 years before i could get this info of their new exchange livecoin.us to withdraw all my assets from the company
